This Lenten Season you are invited to pray with us from wherever you are. It is as easy as pausing everyday at 6am and 9pm, opening the below booklet and praying.

at 1:30pm and 7:30pm
Come join the conversation between Jesus and those he encounters in each of our Sunday's gospel readings. How does each character inform a contemporary life of discipleship? How might Jesus respond now to our own questions, confusions, and need for healing?
MONTHLY FOOD COLLECTION
FOR MARCH we are collecting:
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY
(or other nut/sunflower butter)
SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
In support of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church's "Wednesday Food Distribution" mission, each month we will collect a specific food and household item. Zion distributes food to 30-45 local families in need every week. These are guidelines - any donations are welcome. Donations will be collected throughout the month in the narthex. MAKE A PLEDGE TO SUPPORT CALVARY AND ITS MISSION
As God's children we are called to be generous with our time, our talents, and our resources... using those very things to share God's love with and tell God's story to those inside and outside the church walls.
Please consider how you can help Calvary uphold this responsibility entrusted to us by God.

IS BACK!
EASTER FOOD DRIVE
We will distribute food lists and reusable bags after worship on March 15th and March 22nd. We ask that you return donations to the narthex by March 29th. We will pack the food after the 10:15am service that day. We appreciate the congregation’s donations
and assistance in packing the boxes.
Food List: 1 can of fruit, 2 cans of vegetables, 1 can or jar of coffee
1 box of cereal, 1 Parmalat milk,
1 can of soup, 1 can of tuna,
1 box of pasta or rice
SPRING FLING EVENT
Friday, March 20 at 6pm!
You’ve got a Golden Ticket… to an evening of food, fun, and fellowship at Calvary!
Join us for a joyful night together. We’ll begin with a shared meal (bring a favorite dish if you’d like!).
Then the fun continues for all ages: Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory will be shown in Fellowship Hall. Gaming options will abound in the youth room (switch, board games and table games). Adults can socialize in the Library with some adult beverages and conversation, including time to share what Calvary means to you, and your hopes for our future. Come celebrate, connect, dream, and serve together.
